It is not the company’s responsibility to notify you of updates. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Specific terms, conditions, disclaimers, and privacy policies applicable to certain areas and content are also binding. Users should periodically review the terms and conditions.
This website is owned and operated by the Company. Service providers, such as cleaning professionals, are independent workers and are not employees of RSP Facility Service. We connect employers with independent workers through our platform.
Clients will be matched with 1-3 shortlisted applicants based on requirements and salary bracket.
If a candidate is deemed unsuitable after a three-day trial, the client is responsible for direct payment to the worker.
A one-month salary service charge applies for placed candidates.
In case of no replacement, a 50% monthly salary charge applies; with one replacement, a 75% charge applies.
The service charge is due immediately upon trial completion, and a confirmation invoice will be sent.
Clients cannot employ candidates shared via RSP Facility Service independently without paying the service charge.
The client is responsible for directly paying the candidate’s salary.
If a house helper leaves, the client must pay any due salaries.
Advanced salaries are at the client's discretion and are non-refundable by RSP Facility Service.
If criteria are met, RSP Facility Service will replace a candidate within 72 hours, with a maximum of 15 days allowed.
Within one year of placement, a free replacement is provided if a worker leaves without good reason.
A third replacement is offered as a goodwill gesture.
Any changes in worker specifications require a new agreement and may incur charges.
No replacement is provided if a cleaner is absent due to illness or family emergencies but intends to return within 7 days.
If a 24-hour help replacement isn't available within 15 days, a 12-hour help service will be provided instead.
Clients are strongly advised to verify the worker’s criminal history with the police. RSP Facility Service holds no responsibility for any crimes committed by candidates.
Clients must provide a job description, including tasks and salary.
Clients cannot force workers to perform tasks outside the agreed job description or reduce their salaries.
If a worker leaves due to additional work demands, no replacement or refund will be provided.
Clients must provide 15 days' notice before releasing a worker to arrange for a replacement.
Salary dues must be cleared before a replacement is provided.
Clients may choose a one-year contract (full-time) or six-month contract (part-time).
Renewal requires a placement fee.
RSP Facility Service is a hiring platform and does not mediate disputes between clients and workers.
Warranty does not cover workers leaving due to unfair treatment.
Clients must not introduce workers to third parties for employment without paying the applicable fees.
Monthly charges apply for everyday worked, and reductions are not permitted.
Workers are considered employed even if they work only one hour in a day before ending employment.
Clients must provide proof of ID and address.
RSP Facility Service checks each worker’s police record, Aadhaar number, and past employer testimonials.
Competency training is provided to all workers.
RT PCR test results and/or Covid vaccination certificates are required for safety.
RSP Facility Service does not arrange additional tests or transportation for sick clients.
A replacement is provided if a worker lacks necessary skills or motivation.
Additional charges may apply for replacements, including transportation costs.
If a replacement is not found within 10 days of the last worker’s release, a refund is issued, deducting subscription and actual expenses.
No replacement or refund is provided if:
The worker was mistreated or forced to work over 12 hours daily.
The client cancels without hiring a replacement.
The worker leaves due to a change in job scope without agreement.
The job description changes after placement.
The monthly charge is reduced from the previous month.
RSP Facility Service reserves the right to terminate agreements without compensation. Cancellation fees apply to cover training, quality, transportation, safety, and verification costs.
